Description:
BAUFRAME-ALU is an extremely lighweight and universal solution for a wide variety of use, especially in mid-size residential construction.Due to high 60 [kN/m2] capacity, lightness and simplicity of use, this formwork is an ideal solution for any construction site. A wide range of panel sizes and their lighness allow to handle them manually.
UNIVERSALITY
- wide range of system components makes it easy to adjust the formwork to any project,
- full compatibility with Bauframe, Bauschal, Rasto, MidiBox and Rhino formworks,
- multi-purpose panels for columns and corners forming.
DURABILITY
- strong aluminium 12cm thick profile,
- corners of the frame made of highquality aluminium
- tie holes reinforced with aluminium ring,
- high quality birch plywood with 280g/m2 coating.
HANDLING
- light and strong wedge clamps permits adjustments up to 13,5cm
- the panels can be used craneless,
- special designed corner filler simplify moving of the panels.
