Panel formwork system / RapidoOur panels are produced in 25 different types. They are of 5 different widths, 30cm - 45cm - 60cm - 90cm - 120cm and 5 different heights, 60cm - 150cm - 270cm - 300cm - 330cm. The products are delivered on site, ready to use. In the main frame of the system, a high strength profile designed by Welser Profile is used. Birch plywood 21 mm thick is used on the surface of the panel. The system will be designed by ÖZLER according to your formwork project. In our designs, we emphasize the concrete pressure resistance of 80kN/m². In the manufacturing process of the formwork we use automatic gas welding machines and the painting is done in 2 coats of fast drying paint, on request it can be galvanized.
