-The steel frames are made of 48,3 tube with a wall of 2,7 mm. The steel type is S235 JRH with a yield strength Re min. above 280 MPa, the most common Re is in the range of about 280-285 MPa.Before the production process, each pipe section is sent to the Institute in Bydgoszcz, which examines whether the certificate is consistent with the delivered batch of pipes, to avoid documentation. The pipe is bottled in a machine specially designed for the JRH material grade, which shapes the pipe.
-The machine has three production stages to avoid stresses that could cause micro-cracks and disqualify the tube. Frames are fabricated on a two-station welding robot.
