Edifacile.com is an online classifieds portal dedicated to those who buy or sell construction materials.

On Edifacile.com you can post listings for the sale and purchase of new and used building materials.

The basic services of Edifacile.com are free, both for sellers and buyers.

There are, however, some "extra" features that can be activated for a fee. These features are:

• the activation of a Premium Account (which allows you to post more ads-and edit them, contact more people, and see new listings in advance)
• the ability to sponsor your own ads ("Increase Visibility") so that they are shown more often to visitors.

A valid e-mail address is all you need to subscribe to Edifacile.com.

To sign up:

1. open the "Sign up for free" page
2. fill out the form by entering your e-mail address and agreeing to the terms, then click on the orange button to proceed
3. you will immediately receive a message via email
4. the message contains your login parameters and an orange button: click it and you will thus activate your new account
5. if you want to access your account on a different device, open the "Login" page and enter the parameters (login and activation password) you received when you first enrolled.

Please note that registration for Edifacile.com's basic services is always free of charge.

Your account is activated only if you click on the link in the message that arrives in your mail.

If you do not see the message in your mailbox right away:

1. wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes (slowdowns in e-mail delivery are rare but not impossible)
2. also check your "Promotions" or "Spam" e-mail folders
3. try signing up again: it may be (it happens occasionally) that you have mistakenly entered a nonexistent e-mail address (e.g., "mymail@gmaiLL.com").

In order to interact with other users and respond to their ads, you must register with the portal by providing a valid mailing address.

Signing up via email confirmation allows us to verify that the mailing address you have provided is correct and that you can (if you wish) be contacted at that address by any other users.

Once your account is activated, you can also save your preferences and searches (and be notified of new publications).

To post an ad on Edifacile.com, you must register (registration is free).

Once you have registered...

1. open the "Place Ad" page
2. fill out the form by entering all the details of the product you want to sell (or the product you are looking for), including pictures and descriptions
3. click the "Publish" button
4. after a few minutes (we translate your ad into over 20 languages!) your ad will be published on the portal but for the first 24 hours it will be visible only to you to Premium Accounts (it is one of their privileges).

The ads are verified through automatic systems - but sometimes a more thorough check is needed. They are also automatically translated into more than 20 languages! That's why it may take some time between the publication request and the actual publication.

If your ad is published, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to your ad already online.

And remember: once translated and published, your ad will be visible for the first 24 hours only to you to Premium Accounts (it is one of their privileges).

In case your ad contains information that does not comply with the portal's guidelines, you will still receive an email with directions for you to possibly edit your ad and make it publishable.

Once you are logged into your Edifacile.com account, you can manage your ads on the "My Ads" page.

But remember: with a free account you can post or suspend ads - you cannot, however, edit them. To do this you will need to activate a Premium Account.

Each listing indicates the country where the published construction materials are located.

This allows for location and optimal quantification of logistical costs. Advertisers can also choose to publish in detail the region, province and city of where the material is located.

No, Edifacile.com puts seller and buyer in direct contact and acts only as a virtual storefront.

Edifacile.com is in no way responsible for the proper functioning and integrity of a published product.

No: buying, selling and logistics are always handled independently between the seller and the buyer.

Negotiations to buy, sell or rent construction and building materials are in fact done directly between the advertisers and their customers - outside the portal.

Edifacile.com allows the publication of products for the construction, building site and civil engineering.

Edifacile.com is a marketplace specializing in props, scaffolding, H2O beams, panels, formwork, guardrails, cranes, aerial platforms, earthmoving equipment, construction site accessories, construction equipment, construction machinery and tools, building materials and more.

Edifacile.com does not take a percentage commission on products for sale.

The basic functionality of Edifacile.com is completely free for its users. But the portal offers additional paid services and features for those who decide to subscribe to a Premium Account or increase the visibility of their ads.

The basic services of Edifacile.com are free of charge. Some "extra" features ("Premium Account" activation and "Increase Visibility" features) can be activated for a fee.

Payment for these "extra" features can only be made by credit card, Paypal or other payment systems offered by the Paypal platform.

Payment, on the other hand, between seller and buyer of building materials will take place according to their pre-established agreements and outside the responsibility of Edifacile.com.

Edifacile.com has thousands of daily visitors.

If your ad has recently been published, it is automatically shown on the home page under News. This increases the number of views but it is not certain that all users who open the home are interested in your product.

If your ad was recently published, it is also automatically shown in the top search results by category. This increases the number of views but it is possible that other ads that appear below yours will be more interesting to visitors.

To increase visitor interest in your ads, follow a few simple tips:

1. Always try to post an actual photo showing the product you are selling
   If possible, do not post ads without photos
2. Indicate precisely: type, quantity and price of the product you are selling
   If you are selling scaffolding, don't just write "Scaffolding" → rather write "Selling scaffolding brand Y of 1,000 sqm at € X,000 available for prompt delivery in Milan": those who are looking for that very product will be happy to read it
3. Insert the ad only in your language
   It will be automatically translated by Edifacile.com to be seen worldwide!
4. Always respond to contact requests
   A notification of requests will automatically come to you via email, but... remember to reply ;)

Maybe you have already tried Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Subito.it, Mascus, Machineryzone, Machinerypark, Form-on... Why is edifacile.com better? What is different about it?

    You can edit any ad before it is published. After publication an ad can be edited only with a Premium Account (but you can always suspend it).

    Do you have a Premium Account? Then you can see each ad 24 hours in advance of Free Accounts.
14. Ads with direct links to your site
    Do you have a site where you sell or promote products posted here? Customize each of your ads on Edifacile.com and link it to your site with a direct link.
